Types of food analysis

In our food analysis laboratory, we carry out different techniques for food research and treatment. These are the main types of food analysis that we carry out at Infinitia:

Bromatological analysis of foods

Also known as chemical analysis or nutritional analysis. Bromatological analysis of foods allows us to study their properties and nutritional values, as well as the possible risks or harmful compounds to which they are exposed during their treatment (processing, conservation, labeling, etc.). 

In our food nutritional analysis laboratory, we determine the best conditions for human consumption, as well as for their handling.

Microbiological analysis of food

Infinitia is also your laboratory for microbiological analysis of food. We are responsible for guaranteeing the quality of food through this fundamental procedure in terms of food safety. This type of analysis is used to detect microorganisms, specifically pathogens, such as salmonella or listeria. It is also key in the food industry when carrying out shelf life studies or establishing and verifying expiration dates; in addition to measuring processes such as fermentation. It should be noted that this is a food analysis that we carry out in our laboratory with important safety measures.

Physical tests
